[EL] Creative, new ballot-marking errors

As an election authority, I’d also like to point out that this is exactly
how I’d want this race to be covered by the news. The narrative goes deep
into the community story, how it came to their attention, how it was
resolved, and that all parties were amenable with the outcome. These odd
voter errors are more frequent than you’d think and this is the best
possible outcome: awareness of the issue from a voter, following the
legally prescribed method of challenging the result, reasonable and
bipartisan responses to the issue, and a learned lesson at the end. This is
how we educate voters AND boost confidence in the system!
