[EL] does anyone know what happened to GOP lawsuit to remove Terry McAuliffe from Va. Nov. ballot?

In late August, the Republican Party of Virginia filed a lawsuit in state trial court to remove Democratic gubernatorial nominee Terry McAuliffe from the November ballot, because he allegedly didn't sign his declaration of candidacy form when he filed for the June 2021 primary.  There hasn't been a single news story about this case since it was filed.  Does anyone know what happened?  I don't expect the lawsuit had any success but I am curious to know how it was disposed of.
I have phoned the atty for the Republican Party, the State Board of Elections, and the Virginia Republican Party, but I just get voice mail and no one has returned my calls.  I can't find the case on the court's website (Richmond city circuit court) because I don't have the case number.  Thanks for any help anyone can give me.
