[EL] A celebration of Professor Frank Askin (1932-2021)

Dear All,

You may have heard the news of Professor Frank Askin's passing. Frank was a
pioneer of clinical legal academia and mentored many of today's
constitutional litigators and election lawyers. His work and contributions
are too many to summarily describe -- The NYT ran a nice obituary on Frank,
here <https://www.nytimes.com/2021/07/16/us/frank-askin-dead.html>.
It occurs to me that some members of the list may have known Frank and
worked with him. For those interested, Rutgers Law is hosting a Memorial in
his honor as a part of its regular First Monday Program -- see registration
information below.
