Dear Colleagues:

I am pleased to announce the publication of my new book Constitutional
Precedent in US Supreme Court Reasoning by Edward Elgar press.
<https://www.e-elgar.com/shop/usd/constitutional-precedent-in-us-supreme-court-reasoning-9781839103124.html>

The book is an examination of the conditions under which the US Supreme
Court has reversed its own constitutional law decisions and why. It
identifies all the cases where this has occurred from 1789 to 2020,
examining the changing reasoning for constitutional reversal. It breaks
reversal patterns down by Court and provides excerpts of many of the
critical cases where the Court has reversed itself.

In light of the fact that the Court may overturn Roe v Wade and given that
the confirmation hearings of Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson
have focused on her views on precedent, many of you may find this book of
interest. I do have some election law cases here too.

Thank you.
