So the solution is no disclosure laws, unfettered secret contributions to candidates, and no ability for the public to judge if a government contract or policy was approved based on objective criteria or the donation that the elected official got?  

Since when did "Free Speech" advocates get so good at playing the victim card?  This is a remarkable transition from the "robust marketplace of ideas" talking points.
