Whatever happens tomorrow-- Applause for Rick's work raising the
visibility of this year's unprecedented rafts of efforts to rush into
law new regulation (word aiming at being neutral) of voting.  For all
the differences (blessedly!) among us on how such issues oughta be
resolved, I hope all agree that giving them more attention, including
giving context over recent years, adds value.  Many of us write amicus
briefs.  Rick's work seems, all by itself, a massive array of amicus
briefs-- effective ones!
