Physical endurance (elderly, pe-existing medical conditions and their ability to stand for hours in long lines)
Financial Resources (proof of identity, proof of citizenship documents required to acquire voter ID document)
Access to information (mobile technology and non-mobile sources)
Planning that accounts for unforeseen events (hurricanes Katrina and Sandy)
Election rule literacy ( how to vote straight party, rules around ID requirements, polling location, etc
Provisional voting
Voting (sufficient number of machines, ballots, typos, ballot design, human factors)
Absentee balloting (pre-filled request applications, assistance in casting ballots in nursing homes, care facilities (assure voter choice)
