    Interim Stay <http://electionlawblog.org/?p=66335>

Following up onthis post <http://electionlawblog.org/?p=66316>,
challengers to the North Carolina voting rules have filedthis response
<http://electionlawblog.org/wp-content/uploads/14A358-10-3-Letter-from-Respondents.pdf>opposing
an interim stay.

Given that it is past 5 pm Friday on the East Coast, election officials
in NC likely will not do too much over the weekend, and a response is
already due from the challengers on Sunday, we may not hear anything at
all until the Chief Justice or the Court rules on the overall stay
request---perhaps as soon as Monday.

Even Mitt Romney Has Voter Registration Issues

Salt Lake Tribune:
<http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/politics/58481404-90/address-driver-lake-license.html.csp> "Mitt
Romney, whose name keeps popping up as a possible three-time
presidential candidate, would be wise to read legally binding documents
before signing them, as demonstrated by a Utah voter-registration gaffe
that appeared to have him shunning his Republican Party for independent
status and using a home address he couldn't legally claim since 2009."

If this happened to a Democrat some would call it voter fraud. It is of
course nothing of the sort.
