Yes, but you have to know or have reason to know. No evidence that applies here, is there? Foreign addresses aren't usually enough, tho I suppose you could interpret it that way. Lots of campaigns, not just Trump, would have big problems I think.

This just strikes me as pretty trivial compared to, say, Obama campaign taking contributions from foreign contributors (and against charges that that was a major scandal I defended that campaign on national tv).

Actually, it's not a violation of anything until he accepts foreign contributions. It's quite common for campaigns to unwittingly solicit people who are not eligible to donate.
