For seven years I lived in a country that used ranked choice voting, and
everyone understood it and its implications, without being "math whizzes or
quantitative political scientists" I think people in the US, also without
being math whizzes of quantitative political scientists, are waking up to
the fact that our electoral system continually puts in power people who
represent a minority of the public and that change is needed.
