[EL] how foreign election observers see US elections

Some of the list members may be interested in how foreign election
observers see US elections. 

OSCE/ODIHR is an international organization that observes elections in
OSCE member states. And US is one of the member states. OSCE sent a
mission of about 40 observers to the US for this election. It just
published its Statement of Preliminary Findings on US elections. It is
available here:

In about two months from now the final report will be published, which
will be about 30 pages long.

About a month ago US media published stories about United Nations
observing US elections. Those observers were OSCE observers, not UN.
