Guest Information

  • Seating and Ticketing

All guests will be accommodated and there is no need to reserve guest seating. Wheelchair-accessible seating (with room for one companion per guest using a wheelchair) will be available throughout the surrounding concourse level. The 2 rows in front of every designated wheelchair location will be reserved for other guests who want to sit near the area. Ushers will be on-hand to direct guests as needed. Please note that the arena's large video screens will be in use during commencement.

While there is no limit on the number of guests, all guests must present a ticket to enter Pauley Pavilion that day. Graduates received an email on May 3 detailing the process for securing guest tickets. Anyone 2 years old and under does not need a ticket, but children 3 and up need tickets. Once someone exits the venue, they cannot re-enter. Note that one guest can present tickets for multiple guests as long as the entire party is present at the same time.

Guests can enter Pauley Pavilion starting at 11:30 a.m. All guests should arrive at Pauley Pavilion by 12:20 p.m. for a 12:30 ceremony start. Guests will enter on the North entrance of Pauley Pavilion across the entrance of Lot 7.

Please review this list of items that are prohibited in Pauley Pavilion.
