Corporate Practice Clinic

Please note that the Corporate Practice Clinic is not currently being offered.

The Corporate Practice Clinic trains students in substantive legal issues concerning the corporate attorney-client privilege and confidentiality, and focuses on preparing written and oral communications for a very sophisticated audience -- in-house lawyers and business executives. Students gain an introduction to issues concerning role of the general counsel, the culture of in-house departments and the relationship between in-house and outside counsel.
