Health Care Compliance

This course develops knowledge and skills in the areas of health care compliance, regulatory counseling, and risk management. Potential topics include responding to breaches of patient information, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and overpayment obligations, self-referral and anti-kickback laws, EMTALA, and digital health.
