Health Law and Policy

This course provides an introduction to the law governing American health care system.  It addresses the laws and policies related to medical practice and health care institutions.  Subjects covered include: professional practice, quality of care, access to care, institutional organization and regulation, financing, reform, and current legal disputes in health care policymakers.
