Sports and the Law

This course will cover legal issues pertaining to both professional and amateur team sports. Representative issues include: labor issues; antitrust issues (including those raised by the collective bargaining process, player drafts and other player restraints); individual player-club contract issues; constitutional issues; gender equity issues; next generation sports and disability discrimination issues.
