Please join the UCLA Native Nations Law & Policy Center for “Indigenous Law and the Prospects of Treaty-Making in Australia: Recent Developments,” featuring Professor Kirsty Gover of Melbourne Law School.

 

Professor Gover is an internationally recognized scholar of domestic and international law affecting Indigenous peoples. Her work explores the transformative promise of Indigenous legal traditions and their importance to the reform of settler-state law and political theory.
