On behalf of the UCLA School of Law and Samueli School of Engineering, the Institute for Technology, Law & Policy welcomes Professor Olivier Sylvain, author of Reclaiming the Internet: How Big Tech Took Control—and How We Can Take It Back (Columbia Global Reports, 2026), for a discussion of the biggest fights in tech.
In celebration of the publication of Reclaiming the Internet, Prof. Sylvain will be joined by Professor Sarah T. Roberts and Attorney Melodi Dinçer, for a wide ranging discussion of the history and future of the internet and expert insights on the fast-developing landscape of social media trials and verdicts against Big Tech.
