Law & Philosophy Fellow
Tomás E. Churba is the Law & Philosophy Fellow at UCLA School of Law. He holds a J.S.D. and an LL.M. from Yale Law School and a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. His research focuses on analytical and normative jurisprudence, criminal law, and moral philosophy, with a particular interest in the nature of wrongs and justifications in ordinary morality and law.
He received his J.S.D. and LL.M. from Yale Law School, and his law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. At Yale, his doctoral committee was chaired by Gideon Yaffe, with Stephen Darwall, Daniel Markovits, and Ketan Ramakrishnan as readers. He previously conducted research and teaching in analytical jurisprudence and professional responsibility at the University of Buenos Aires.
