With the effects of climate change increasing across California, state legislators are exploring new policies to better protect communities – and students in UCLA School of Law’s California Environmental Legislation and Policy Clinic are helping.

UCLA School of Law is the No. 1 entertainment law school in the country, according to the annual rankings compiled by The Hollywood Reporter.

U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas and Sen. Alex Padilla (D-California) were among the featured guests at the inaugural conference of UCLA School of Law’s Center for Immigration Law and Policy, which occurred over three consecutive Fridays in April and May.
