Join us for Part 3 of the Anatomy of a Tech Antitrust Case series, presented by the Institute for Technology, Law & Policy and the Center for Critical Internet Inquiry (C2i2). This installment welcomes Jonathan Kanter (former Asst. Attorney General, U.S. Antitrust Division), in conversation with Jennifer Dixton (UCLA Lecturer/ex-DOJ).
Jonathan Kanter served as Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where he was the Administration’s most senior antitrust enforcement official. In that role, he led landmark enforcement efforts across major sectors including technology, healthcare, housing, media, and defense. Prior to his government service, Jonathan was a partner and co-chair of the antitrust practice at a leading international law firm and then founder of a successful boutique firm.
