Sarah Elkeaikati is the Program Coordinator of the UCLA Institute for Technology, Law & Policy at the UCLA School of Law and UCLA Samueli School of Engineering, where she supports high-impact initiatives at the intersection of research, policy, and innovation. Prior to joining UCLA, she worked in project management, operations, marketing, and public relations for the design visualization app LiveSurface (2020-25) and as a Director of the ICON Collective College of Music (2012-20).

Elkeaikati earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Cal Poly Pomona and brings a multidisciplinary background spanning design tech, education, and event production. A proud Los Angeles native, she is deeply committed to community empowerment and social activism. She volunteers with grassroots mutual aid groups supporting unhoused populations in some of LA’s most underserved neighborhoods and has independently organized a range of community-serving events, including clothing drives and fundraisers.

Outside of her professional work, Elkeaikati is a dedicated mother and a disciplined Muay Thai practitioner, drawing strength, patience, and balance from both roles.
