AI and Entertainment Law

The course is designed to explore the impact of AI technology on entertainment law and how it presents new challenges. Students will have the opportunity to delve into various legal aspects of the entertainment industry and examine how AI technology influences the industry. Additionally, the students will learn to develop tools to address legal issues arising from the integration of AI technology within the entertainment industry.

The focus of the course is on equipping the students with the skills to comprehend, navigate, and address the intersections of technological advancements and entertainment law frameworks. This involves not only applying traditional doctrinal legal methods but also exploring interdisciplinary approaches and innovative strategies. The course adopts a multi- and inter-disciplinary approach to examine the boundaries of entertainment law, questioning and analyzing where the law and technology intersect, and diverge.
