Deposition Skills

This course is designed for students who intend to engage in a heavy civil litigation practice. The course focuses on the practical and theoretical aspects of taking and defending depositions in complex cases. Special emphasis is given to deposing hostile witnesses. Students will prepare for, take and defend depositions in simulated cases.

This course will be graded on a P/U/NC basis.
