Private Merger and Acquisition Transaction

This course will lead students through an in-depth analysis of the M&A process and the contracts applicable to selling a private company. Students who complete the course will become familiar with the private company sale process, the purposes of due diligence, alternative structures for a transaction, and key provisions of acquisition-related agreements.
