Catrice Monson teaches Hollywood Guilds at UCLA School of Law. She is currently senior vice president of diversity and inclusion at CBS Corporation. Previously, she was senior vice president of labor relations at CBS Broadcasting, and an associate at Barbosa Garcia LLP.

Monson received her B.A. in American Studies with Honors from Stanford University, and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law where she was awarded the Baker & MacKenzie Scholarship.
