Connie Hsiao is a Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law and teaches the Part-Time Judicial Externship Seminar. She is currently an Administrative Law Judge with the California Department of Social Services.

Hsiao received her B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law. After law school, she clerked for the Hon. Michael H. Dolinger, a magistrate judge in the Southern District of New York.
