David Biderman leads Perkins Coie’s Consumer Products & Services Litigation practice and its Food Litigation industry group. David has had an active litigation practice in federal and state courts throughout the country for 39 years. He regularly presents and writes about food litigation developments. David has been a leading litigator in the food law area beginning with the onset of the significant litigation trend. He has litigated some of the most consequential food litigation matters in this emerging field and has established precedent in preemption, the reasonable consumer doctrine, and consumer protection law.
