Jin Park is an adjunct professor at the UCLA School of Law and at the USC Gould School of Law, where she teaches Contract Law. She opened her own practice in 2002, where she focuses on general business and intellectual property contracts. She also serves as outside counsel to the University of Southern California on diverse transactional matters. She teaches Contracts for Foreign Lawyers to our LL.M. students.
Prior to opening her own practice, Park worked as the Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at Clickthebutton.com, Inc., where she was responsible for managing all legal work for the software company. She has also worked as an associate for McDermott, Will & Emery, and McKenna & Cuneo LLP.
Jin Park received her B.A. in Economics from Stanford University. She earned her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law where she was an editor for UCLA Law Review.
