Lecturer in Law
Kenneth Askin is an adjunct professor at UCLA School of Law and will teach LAW 343: Complex Financial Transactions. He is currently a partner at Latham & Watkins LLP and is the regional department chair of Latham’s finance department in California. His law practice focuses on complex banking and finance transactions.
Mr. Askin received his B.A. in Mathematical Economic Analysis from Rice University and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. During law school he was an articles editor for the UCLA Journal of International Law and Foreign Affairs.
