Kevin Bendix

Lecturer in Law

Kevin Bendix teaches Patent Litigation at UCLA School of Law. He is a partner in the Intellectual Property Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Kevin represents clients in complex commercial and intellectual property disputes in federal courts around the country, as well as in the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) and Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Many of Kevin’s cases also involve parallel proceedings in foreign jurisdictions in Asia and Europe. Kevin also has an active pro bono practice, which focuses on representing children in need of special education services.  He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Disability Rights Legal Center.

Kevin earned his B.S. from UC San Diego and his J.D. from UC Berkeley School of Law.
