Samuel Kidder

Lecturer in Law

Samuel Kidder is a Lecturer at UCLA School of Law. He teaches Business Bankruptcy. He is currently a partner at KTBS Law LLP, a boutique bankruptcy law firm based in Los Angeles. His practice focuses on complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and bankruptcy-related litigation throughout the nation.

Mr. Kidder received his B.A. in Business Administration (magna cum laude) at the University of Washington. He received his J.D. (Order of the Coif) at UCLA School of Law.  While at UCLA Law, Mr. Kidder was an Articles Editor on the UCLA Law Review. Following law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
