A seasoned business and legal affairs executive, Laura has more than 35 years of experience in entertainment, new media and finance. As General Counsel and Head of Business Affairs, she has handled countless high-profile talent, development, production and licensing/distribution agreements for a wide variety of Emmy and Golden Globe winning productions, major television and streaming studios and networks, and has also managed mergers & acquisitions as well as sensitive claims and litigation for companies both domestic and international, ranging from start-ups to S&P 500-ranked public companies.  Among other things, she was a key architect of the creation and successful Pandemic-period launch of the Echoverse premium audio studio. A graduate of Yale Law School and UCLA, Laura has held chief legal and business affairs positions for MGM Global Television and Digital,  NBCUniversal Television Entertainment, Whalerock Industries and The General Electric Company, and regularly teaches at UCLA and USC Gould Law Schools.
