Megan Hutchinson will teach Employment Discrimination at UCLA School of Law in Spring 2025. She has previously co-taught Negotiation Theory and Practice at UCLA School of Law, and she is currently Associate Professor of Legal Writing at University of San Francisco School of Law, where she teaches Negotiation, Legal Research, Writing and Analysis, and American Legal Systems. In addition to teaching, Hutchinson practices employment law and serves on the Miller Creek Elementary School District Board of Trustees.
Hutchinson received her B.A. and M.A. from Stanford University, and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law where she was Executive Editor for UCLA Law Review and Editor-in-Chief for Pacific Basin Law Journal. Her publications have appeared in UCLA Law Review and Florida A&M University Law Review.
