Annie Kim is a Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law and teaches Negotiation Theory and Practice and Contract Drafting. She was previously Lead Counsel at GoodRx, a healthcare technology company. Prior to that, she was legal counsel at Red Bull North America and a corporate associate at Skadden Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. Her practice focuses on advising public and private companies on corporate and commercial matters.

Kim received her J.D. at Harvard Law School and her B.A. summa cum laude at UCLA.
