Oscar Espino-Padron is a Lecturer in Law at UCLA School of Law. He currently serves as a Senior Attorney in the Community Partnerships Program at Earthjustice where he represents frontline communities using a range of state and federal laws, including the Clean Air Act and California Environmental Quality Act, as well as regulatory and legislative advocacy strategies. He teaches Environmental Justice Law with Adrian Martinez.

Oscar received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Los Angeles and his J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
