Financial Aid

To celebrate the launch of the UCLA Law M.L.S. program, significant scholarship assistance is available to members of our inaugural class. All successful applicants will be automatically considered for a scholarship, based on academic and professional merit and financial need.  Apply now.

The M.L.S. program provides scholarships (gift aid that does not need to be repaid) on the basis of academic merit and financial need.

M.L.S. students are also eligible to receive a variety of student loans from the federal government to cover tuition and living expenses. To determine your eligibility, complete a government form called the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) as soon as possible after you are admitted to the program. We recommend that you complete the FAFSA online. Request that a copy of the FAFSA be released to UCLA by indicating our school code: 001315.

For more information on federal student loan programs, please see the detailed financial aid information under J.D. Admissions.
