Technology Law LL.M. Specialization
LL.M. students are required to fulfill two requirements to earn the Technology Law specialization:
- Requirement A is that a student complete two “core” courses, maintaining a B- (2.7) grade average in courses taken for the specialization.
- Requirement B is that a student take additional technology-related courses, maintaining a B- (2.7) grade average in those courses, so that the sum of courses from Requirement A and B equals four.
An LL.M. student may count no more than two courses toward the requirements of more than one specialization.
Prospective students should bear in mind that, due to curriculum scheduling and faculty availability, not every class listed is taught each year. This is most often true in the case of seminar courses. A sufficient number of courses will be available to enable those students who choose to specialize to satisfy the specialization requirements.
